Monster

So, today I learned what a mini-saga is and decided to try my hand at it. Surely, if I can create a cohesive story in six words, I can do it in fifty! I can feel a full on story blossoming from this.

“I thought I’d never recover,” she said to the man sitting across the table. It was their first time in years seeing each other.

They had kept things cordial, but their history called for greater.

“You did,” he replied, his eyes cast downward. “I’m sorry.”

“Sure,” she replied, walking away.
